小麦幼苗对涝胁迫的生理响应实验研究分析 摘  要:以“周麦18”为实验材料,利用室内水培实验,研究了不同历时水涝胁迫对小麦幼苗生长发育及生理生化变化的影响。测定了叶绿素﹑丙二醛和游离脯氨酸含量以及超氧化物歧化酶﹑过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶活性。结果如下:随着涝胁迫历时的增长,小麦幼苗叶片的叶绿素含量逐渐降低,而MDA含量和游离脯氨酸含量上升;超氧化物歧化酶﹑过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性呈现先升高后降低的趋势。这些结果表明:随着涝胁迫历时的增长,小麦幼苗的生长损害程度越大。

 Physiological Responses of Wheat Seedling to Waterlogging Stress
Abstract: Using "zhoumai18" as the experimental material, effects of waterlogging stress for different duration on seedling growth and physiological and biochemical changes of wheat seeding was studied by indoor hydroponic culture. The content of chlorophyll, malondialdehyde(MDA), free proline and activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD), catalase activity (CAT) were measured. The results obtained as follows: with the increase of waterlogging stress duration, chlorophyll content of wheat seedling leaves was gradually reduced, while the MDA content and free proline conten twere increased; Superoxide dismutase(SOD), peroxidase (POD) and catalase activity (CAT) rised at the initial stage and then dropped at the following stage. These results indicated that: wheat seedlings were greatly damaged with the diachronic waterlogging stress.
