模拟干旱对玉米生长和渗透调节物质积累的影响   摘要:采用PEG模拟干旱胁迫,以两种玉米(吉祥1号、豫玉23号)幼苗为材料,研究了干旱胁迫对玉米生长状况、水分状况和主要渗透调节物质含量的影响。结果表明,干旱胁迫下,两种玉米幼苗鲜重、含水量、干重和根系中琥珀酸脱氢酶活性均呈下降趋势,而叶片中的游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖含量呈现明显增加的趋势,可溶性蛋白含量在轻度胁迫下有所下降,而随着胁迫程度的加深又有所上升。由此可见,干旱胁迫对玉米具有明显抑制作用,且随着干旱程度的增加,其抑制效果更加明显。并且两种玉米均具有一定的抗旱性,吉祥1号的抗旱性能强于豫玉23号。

Growth and Osmoregulation Substances Accumulation of Corn Seedling under Drought Stress
Abstract: Using two corns(Ji Xiang 1, Yu Yu 23) as the material, the polyethylene glycol (PEG) was used to simulate drought to investigate the effects of drought on corn seedling growth, change of the moisture content and the main osmotic regulation substance contents. The results showed as follows: under drought stress, the fresh weight, water content, dry weight and the succinate dehydrogenase activity in roots were obvious decreased than those of control. The contents of proline and soluble sugar in leaves were obvious increased. The contents of soluble protein was decreased under moderate drought but increased under severe drought. The results showed that the corns growth were effectively restrained under drought stress. With the increase of the degree of drought, the damage was aggravated. Two tested corn type displayed a certain degree of drought resistance, and Ji xiang 1 showed better drought resistence.
