碳纳米管掺杂的复合型光催化剂对抗药性病原菌的杀灭效应 摘 要:采用沉积-沉淀法制备CNTs/BiOI复合光催化剂和BiOI光催化剂,用X-射线粉末衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对两种光催化剂样品进行表征。以大丽轮枝菌(Verticillium dahliae Kleb.)为研究对象,模拟太阳的可见光,研究两种光催化剂对大丽轮枝菌的杀灭效应,探索了光照时间与催化剂杀菌效果的关系。研究结果表明:CNTs/BiOI复合型光催化剂和BiOI光催化剂在可见光下均表现出了较好的的抗菌性能,随着光照时间的增加两种光催化剂的杀菌活性不断增强;菌悬液的电导率明显升高;菌悬液总蛋白含量逐渐下降;且CNTs/BiOI复合型光催化剂的抗菌性能明显强于BiOI光催化剂。

The Bactericidal Activity of the CNTs-doped BiOI against Resistant pathogens
Abstract: The CNTs/BiOI composite photocatalysts and the BiOI photocatalysts were prepared by means of precipitation–deposition method. The morphology, structure of the photocatalysts were characterized using a number of analytical instrumentations including X-ray powder diffraction (XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM). The bactericidal activity of the two photocatalysts against Verticillium dahliae Kleb were investigated under the visible light irradiation. And the relations between the sterilization activity of the two photocatalysts and the time of lumination were discussed. The results showed the sterilization activity of CNTs/BiOI and BiOI photocatalysts increased with the time of irradiation in the photocatalytic reaction. The conductivity of fungus suspension increased and the level of total bacterial protein decreased after photocatalytic reaction. The as-prepared CNTs/BiOI performed much higher photoinactivation of fungus than BiOI.
