PLC酸奶生产自控设计+酸奶生产工艺流程+梯形图 摘要:酸奶是以新鲜全脂牛奶为原料,经乳酸菌发酵制成的乳制品。应用新技术,新设备,不断开发新产品。我国应借鉴国外先进技术开发新产品,如膜分离技术、超高压杀菌技术有利于保持乳品的风味、品质和营养价值。目前国外膜技术在乳品工业中的应用主要有:乳品灭菌及浓缩、乳品的标准化、乳蛋白浓缩、乳清的回收与加工利用等。再如冷冻干燥技术能有效地防止热敏感物质的氧化变质,防止产品表面硬化,增强复水性,最大限度地保持食品的原有品质,免疫乳及其制品应采用此种加工技术。 我国乳品机械也要适应乳品生产结构的调整进行调整和更新,增加设备品种,开发多效蒸发器,降低能耗,开发高温短时杀菌和超高温瞬时杀菌设备,提高分离机械技术水平,提高消毒乳、低脂奶、风味奶、酸奶、奶油、干酪的成套设备水平。

Yogurt production automatic control design
 Abstract:Yogurt is fresh milk as raw material, through the lactic acid bacteria fermented dairy products. The application of new technology, new equipment, and constantly develop new products. Our country should draw lessons from foreign advanced technology to develop new products, such as membrane separation technology, ultra-high pressure sterilization technology is helpful to keep the dairy flavor, quality and nutritional value. At present the foreign film technology and application in the dairy industry are: milk sterilization and concentration, milk standardization, milk protein concentration, recycling and processing utilization of whey. Freeze drying technology and can effectively prevent the heat sensitive material to prevent the oxidation products, surface hardening, enhancement of rehydration, utmost ground maintains food original quality, immune milk and its products should adopt such processing technology. China's dairy machinery to adapt to the dairy production structure adjustment to adjust and update equipment, increase varieties, developed multiple effect evaporator, reduce energy consumption, the development of high-temperature short-time sterilization and ultra-high temperature instantaneous sterilization equipment, improve the separation machinery technology level, improve pasteurized milk, low-fat milk, flavored milk, yogurt, butter, cheese and complete sets of equipment level.
