摘要随着汽车行业的发展,汽车的轻量化、安全化已成为该领域的主要走向。人们对汽车结构用钢的要求也随之越来越高。TWIP钢是一种高强度、高塑性钢,而且具有优良的能量吸收能力,在汽车业备受关注。异步轧制与同步轧制相比,可明显降低轧制压力和轧制扭矩,优化产品厚度精度和板形,减少轧制道次,降低产品能耗;由于上下轧辊存在速度差,金属产生剪切变形,导致金属力学性能、晶体位相和显微组织的变化。
本文中,我们运用同步轧制与异步轧制技术对TWIP钢进行轧制,并对试样进行400℃~1000℃之间的不同温度退火处理,再对试样进行硬度测试和拉伸试验测试,来比较异步轧制TWIP钢和同步轧制的不同以及异步轧制对TWIP钢的微观组织和性能的影响。
结果发现,异步轧制TWIP钢的硬度为483.3HV,而同步轧制的是442.7HV,但异步轧制的变形伸长量要比同步的低;经过退火的试样,异步轧制TWIP钢在退火温度为550℃之前,随着退火温度的升高,硬度也逐渐变大,550℃之后,硬度才逐渐降低,最后接近同步轧制;随着退火温度的升高延伸率也逐渐提高。在金相观察时,我们发现异步轧制TWIP钢的显微组织中的轧制流线要比同步轧制的更细。根据上述实验结果总结得出异步轧制TWIP钢的组织及性能特点,从而更进一步并充分地利用TWIP钢的高强度和高塑性。21333

Analysis of Organization and Performance of Asynchronous Rolling TWIP Steel
Abstract
With the development of the automotive industry,lightweight and safety technology have became the main trend of this field. The requirements of automotive structural steel  get higher,as well. TWIP steel has very high hardness,plastic and energy absorption capability. It is very popular in automotive industry. Comparing with Synchronous Rolling Technology, Asynchronous Rolling Technology can reduce rolling force and rolling torque, optimize the thickness of the precision and the shape, reduce rolling times and energy consumption of the product; The shear deformation of the metal can change mechanical performance, crystal location and metallographic structure because of the speed difference of the two rolls.

In this paper,we roll the TWIP steel by Synchronous Rolling Technology and Asynchronous Rolling Technology and anneal the sample at the temperatures between 400℃ and 1000℃ to get the final samples of steel. At last,we observe and compare the differences between SR TWIP and ASR TWIP to find out the influence of Asynchronous Rolling to the microstructure and properties of TWIP steel by using different test methods such as tensile test and microstructure observation etc.
The result show: The hardness of ASR TWIP is 483.3HV and the hardness of SR TWIP is 442.7HV. But elongation is short than SR TWIP. The hardness of the ASR TWIP samples after annealing is improved before 550℃ and reduced after 550℃. The elongation becomes higher with the increasing of annealing temperature. The microstructure of rolling line in metallographic of ASR TWIP is finer than SR TWIP. Basing on the result; we make a conclusion to the organizational and performance characteristics of Asynchronous Rolling TWIP steel for making full use of the high strength and high ductility of TWIP steel better.
