## ANSYS凸焊螺母预压过程的有限元分析

Abstract
Based on ANSYS finite element analysis software for resistance spot, projection welding simplified model to simulate pre-press, and a nut projection welding test, explore projection welding nut preload force stage bump uniformity of factors. According to the spot welding, numerical simulation results show that parts of the electrode and the workpiece edge contact stress maximum value, and there is a maximum of plastic deformation, and workpiece and workpiece surface fitting center part of plastic deformation is small and within the workpiece deformation degree are strong inhomogeneity.
By a nut projection welding simulation results analysis, the vertical load is applied to the nut bump force uniform, and the stress and deformation degree will increase with increasing load. 源`自*六)维[论*文'网www.lwfree.cn
Projection welding nut pre pressure test results show that the preloading stage of convex points by uniform force main factors for parallel electrodes and welding machine rigidity, less rigid when can by adjusting electrode and the cylinder axis between the distance, so that the nut in welding convex point to stress is relatively uniform, because the welder should try to choose a good rigidity.
