Title   Numerical  simulation of armor steel  composite   heat  friction  stir  welding
Abstract
This artical is to simulate of armor steel composite  heat  friction  stir welding,This test used 616 armor steel,the size is 300×200×2mm.Because of the special material of armor steel，we  need  to study the impact of current and welding  speed change of armor steel composite heat FSW temperature field distribution.However,the actual welding experiment have a  high requirement 源`自*六)维[论*文'网www.lwfree.cn
Of equipment,manpower and environmental. Therefore,we used the most advance numerical simulation approach to explore the impact of these facts on the experiment results.In this text,we  modeling and  griding by used  VISUAL MESH.Then,by comparing several source model ,we selected the double ellipsolid
The constant voltage 20V,changing the welding current and welding speed for 6 finite analysis.To get the corresponding conditions temperature filed distribution of armor composite heat FSW.
