钢表面双丝堆焊Fe-Al合金层工艺规范参数的优化

摘要本文通过在钢表面双丝堆焊Fe-Al合金层的工艺试验,采用一根钢焊丝和一根铝焊丝,通过调整钢焊丝和铝焊丝的送丝速度,控制铁铝的配比,来获得Fe3Al合金层。焊接工艺试验结果表明:当主机M端采用Φ1.6mmER1100铝焊丝,不添加脉冲,电弧电压26.8V,焊接电流为160A;辅机S端采用Φ1.6 mmER50S-6钢焊丝,添加脉冲,电弧电压26.4V;焊接电流为310A,焊接速度为60cm/min,焊前的预热温度为300℃,可以得到成型好、无裂纹、夹杂、气孔等缺陷的Fe-Al合金堆焊层。34034
堆焊层的力学性能测试结果显示,显微硬度在350-460HV。金相显微组织分析显示:堆焊层焊缝有显著的柱状晶成分组织,且其内部有析出相。经过XRD分析表明堆焊层中析出相为Fe3Al。

Title    Optimization of the double-wire overlaying with steel as base metal Fe-Al alloy layer process parameters                                               
Abstract
In this thesis, Through the experiments of the double-wire overlaying with steel as base metal Fe-Al alloy layer,using one steel wire and one aluminum wire to get the Fe3Al alloy layer by adjusting the steel wire and aluminum wire feed speed and controling iron aluminum ratio WhenΦ1.6mm ER1100 aluminum wire is applied to the master engine with involving pulse, with voltage of 26.8V,current of 160A,whileΦ1.6mm ER50S-6 wire to the slave engine, with the voltage of 26.4,current of 310A, nvolving pulse,the welding speed and preheat temperature are expected to reach 60cm/min and 300℃ respectively,shaping the surfacing layer with execllent cracking resistance ,without inclusion and cracks involved. 源自$六l维,论:文w网)加7位QQ3249^114 www.lwfree.cn
Mechanical properties tests are conducted to the surfacing layer of iron and aluminum intermetallic and the experimental results show that: The microhardness of the surfacing layer is 350~460HV. Metallurgical microstructure analysis shows that weld seam interface is composed of the columnar grain structure. And there is a precipitated phase in the columnar grain structure. .The XRD analysis shows  that precipitated phase is Fe3Al in the surfacing Layer.
