## 轧制几何对异步轧制材料组织及性能的影响

Abstract Asymmetrical rolling is now a new rolling method through the different conditions of theupper and lower roll speeds, or the radius of the friction coefficient to achieve. Compared tonormal rolling, asymmetrical rolling has a lot of advantages. Rolling process has a significantenergy of saving effect; it can improve the mechanical properties of metal rolling and obtainhigh precision products obtained. In the last ten years, China 's fast growing in steel industry.But the product quality, production costs are not satisfactory. Novel method of rolling improveproduction efficiency, product quality cannot delay. Therefore, it is necessary for asymmetricalrolling, this new technology to study it in the new development path of China's iron and steeltechnology breakthroughs and contributions. This paper focuses on the upper and lower rollspeed research and analysis than asynchronous varying rolling, by rolling the same sampledifferent thickness asymmetrically pass reduction rate rolling, observing the samples ofmetallographic, test specimen’s hardness, analysis the asymmetrical rolling ratio for theorganization and impact properties of the material. Also on the rolling process finite elementsimulation, the results obtained by simulation for analysis to proof experimental results.
