油菜秸秆基聚醚多元醇的合成与表征

摘要:论文将油菜秸秆纤维在不同的微波条件下进行预处理,研究微波处理对液化效率的影响,利用FTIR仪器分析表征液化产物的结构,并通过测定液化过程中液化产物的酸值、羟值和粘度来研究液化产物的物理性质。结果表明:在微波功率340 W,处理时间3 min,浓硫酸(H2SO4)催化下,秸秆纤维在聚乙二醇(Polyethylene glycol)和丙三醇(Glycerol)中液化,秸秆纤维液化的最佳工艺条件为:液固比为6:1,反应时间40 min,温度160 ℃,PEG含量为75%,催化剂用量2%。在该条件下所得残渣率为1.5%。通过与未处理的油菜秸秆粉末液化对比,处理后液化时间可由120 min缩短至40 min,硫酸的用量有5%降低至2%。37610

Synthesis and characterization of rape straw polyether polyol
Abstract: The microwave Pre-treatment of rape straw fibers in water under different conditions was also used to study effect of microwave treatment on the efficiency of liquefaction. And liquefied product structure is characterized by FTIR methods of instrumental analysis. Through the infrared liquefied product structure were measured, and the acid value of liquefaction products, viscosity and hydroxyl value. The results show that, This dissertation was used to evaluate the Polyhydroxy alcohol liquefaction reaction of rape straw fiber with concentrate sulfuric acid (H2SO4) as the catalyst, Polyethylene glycol (PEG) and ethylene glycol (EG) as the liquefaction reagent. The index values showed that the optimum reaction conditions were that, liquid-solid ratio was6:1, temperature of liquefaction was 160℃,reaction time was 40min, PEG content was 75%, the percentage of concentrated sulfuric acid (H2SO4) was 2wt%. Under these conditions, the content of Rape residue was only1.5%, Comparison of the liquefaction of rape straw with untreated rape, the liquefaction time was shortened from 120min to 40min, the amount of sulfuric acid catalyst decreased from 5% to 2%. 源`自^六;维'论.文;网www.lwfree.cn
