摘要该综合楼(商场+宾馆)位于大连市,总建筑面积约为12000 m2,建筑为地下一层,地上十五层。该综合楼按功能分为东西两侧:东侧一至十五层为宾馆,其中一层为宾馆大厅,二层为餐厅,其中有大餐厅和小包房,三层为设备层,四层以上为标准层客房;西侧为地上两层的商场。其中,组合式空调机组的全空气系统具有处理热湿负荷能力较大;过渡季节可实现全新风运行;水管少,减少漏滴水现象;冬季可通过新回风比例的调节来调节送风温度,解决冬季内区温度过高的问题;能达到较高的洁净度;运行管理及维修方便的优点。这些优点使其适合于大中型建筑,因此,商场空调区主要采用一次回风全空气系统,宾馆侧则采用风机盘管加独立新风系统,尤其是风机盘管加独立新风系统中的新风要被处理到室内等焓状态点后直接送到室内,不承担室内负荷。空调冷热源采用冷水机组(螺杆式)与城市热水管网。本次设计依据有关规范和节能舒适性要求,最终达到改善室内环境的目的。16230

Title  A Complex Building HVAC Design in Dalian              
Abstract
The Building ( Shopping mall and hotel ) located in Dalian City , with a total construction area of about 12000 m2, is  made of construction of basement and fifteen floors on ground . The comprehensive building is pided into east and west sides by function : the east side one to ten for the five hotels, one of which the east side is a hotel lobby , the second floor is the restaurant , which has a large restaurant and small rooms, the third for the device layer , more than four standard floor rooms ; the west side on the ground is shopping malls of two floors . Including, the entire air conditioning units modular system has the ability to handle a larger load of heat and moisture ; transition season can achieve new wind run ; with a little of pipes, reducing leakage dripping phenomenon ; the temperature of air suppied in winter can be adjusted by adjusting the ratio of the new return air , to solve the problem of too high temperatures in winter in some region; able to achieve a high degree of cleanliness ; have an advantages of convenient operation management and maintenance . These advantages make it suitable for medium and large building  , therefore , the main shopping district air conditioning use primary  return air of the whole air system , hotel side adopts fan coil and independent new air system , especially the fresh air of which is processed to the indoor enthalpy state point directly to the room, FCU does not take the fresh air load .
