钢桥面与沥青混凝土铺装界面剪切性能研究

摘要钢桥面铺装是由单层或多层铺装与钢桥面板组成的复合结构,各结构层由粘结材料结合为整体,层间界面的力学特性对铺装具有重要的影响,尤其钢桥面板与铺装的界面是影响钢桥面铺装使用性能和使用寿命的关键。针对钢桥面与沥青混凝土铺装的界面破坏进行评价试验和理论分析是大跨径钢桥面铺装设计与研究中的关键技术难点之一。本文依托国家自然科学基金项目“钢桥面-沥青混凝土铺装接触面粘结-滑移机理研究”(51208103)和中国博士后科学基金项目“基于内聚力模型的钢桥面与铺装界面断裂行为研究”(项目号:2012M520976),采用新型钢桥面与铺装界面直剪试验装置,研究环氧树脂(固化)、环氧沥青(未固化)、环氧沥青(固化)三种界面类型与钢桥面板间的剪切性能,包括抗剪强度、剪切模量、残余抗剪强度、剪应力-剪切变形曲线等,探讨界面类型、法向应力对界面剪切性能的影响规律,试验结果表明:1.试验中三种界面的剪切破坏形态不同。环氧树脂(固化)界面主要是环氧富锌漆内聚破坏,环氧沥青(未固化)界面主要是粘结层与环氧富锌漆界面破坏,环氧沥青(固化)界面主要是粘结层内聚破坏。2.界面抗剪强度和残余抗剪强度、剪切滑移能随随法向应力水平增加而增大。3.界面剪应力-剪切变形曲线则具有韧性破坏特征,并且呈现四阶段发展规律:线性增长阶段、屈服阶段、软化阶段和滑移阶段。4.环氧树脂界面(固化)、环氧沥青(未固化)界面在 60℃温度条件下均具有较好的力学性能,而环氧沥青(固化)界面在60℃温度条件下抗剪性能相对较差。28634

Title Experimental study on the shear behavior of interface betweensteel bridge deck and asphalt pavement
Abstract With the development of highway transportation construction, bridge is an importantpart of highway transportation. However, most researchers only focused on the bridgeitself, a few researchers paid attention to the pavement structure of bridge deck.The destruction of the bonding layer will directly affect the coordination of pavementsystem, speeding up the wastage of the bridge thus the research of the shear propertiesof bonding layer on steel deck plate paving interface is of great significance.The shear behavior of three types of steel-pavement interface under the influencesof several critical factors including temperature, normal stress and tack coatmaterials were investigated using the steel-concrete interface shear test. Much canbe leaned according to the results obtained in this study. Results show that:1.Experiments of the three kinds of interface have different shear failure type.2.The inter-facial shear strength ,residual shear strength and shear slip increasedwith the development of the normal stress level.3.The Interface shear stress and shear displacement curve have resilient destructionfeatures,and presents four stages of development.4.Epoxy resin, epoxy asphalt (not cure) interface under the condition of thetemperature of 60 ℃ all have good mechanical properties while the epoxy bitumen(curing) interface shear performance under the condition of the temperature of 60 ℃was poor.
