Abstract
My task is to design a small span prestressed concrete continuous box girder bridges, because of the time and the ability of the reason, I only need to design the superstructure.Prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge by virtue of its own structure stress performance, deck deformation advantages such as small as one type of designers to design a bridge priority.The graduation project in the bridge of five spans, each span length 35m, length 175m, four transverse beam, the main beam section using prefabricated box beam.In the design, only half of the subgrade is considered.Precast box beam method for the design of the construction method.
Calculation of the upper structure of the set is a box girder section, the 5 * 35m span is pided into a plurality of detailed unit, the calculation of beam Hashi Kozai and live load force, full bridge using finite element analysis software MIDAS the for reinforcement of prestressed beam and stress calculation, and according to the norms of the Ministry of communications of prestress loss calculation.
