摘要:本毕业论文用脉冲电镀法制备了Ni-Mo镀层、Ni-Mo-Nd镀层和Ni-Mo-Ce镀层,通过单因素实验研究不同参数(pH值、温度、电流密度、频率、占空比、时间、转速及Nd3+(Ce3+)浓度等因素)对镀层硬度及沉积速率的影响,并分别用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDX),X-射线衍射仪(X-RD)、热膨胀仪(DIL)和摩擦磨损仪对镀层表面形貌、组成、结构、热膨胀系数和耐磨性进行表征。研究结果表明,获得的Ni-Mo镀层硬度最大为528.48HV,沉积速率为0.23mg/min•cm2。当向镀液中添加Nd和Ce时镀层的硬度都有不同程度的提高。当pH为5.3、温度为25℃、电流密度为19.5A/dm3、脉冲频率为5000Hz、占空比为1/2、转速为200r/min、反应时间为20min时,获得的Ni-Mo-Nd镀层和Ni-Mo-Ce镀层,其最大硬度分别为556.224HV和701.375HV,Ni-Mo-Nd镀层和Ni-Mo-Ce镀层晶粒更细,表面更平整致密,镀层中钼元素含量更高,晶型结构更完整,其耐高温及耐磨性能更好。目前脉冲电镀Ni-Mo-Nd镀层和Ni-Mo-Ce镀层的研究还未见报道。16143

The technical research of pulse plating nickel and molybdenum alloy with Nd and Ce
Abstract:In this paper, using pulse electroplating method of preparing Ni-Mo, Ni-Mo-Nd coating and plating Ni-Mo-Ce coating, through the single factor experiment study of different parameters ( pH value, temperature, current density, frequency, duty ratio, time, speed and Nd3+ ( Ce3+ ) concentration and other factors) on hardness of coating and deposition rate influence, and were used to scan electron microscope ( SEM ), energy dispersive spectrometer ( EDX ), X- ray diffraction ( X-RD ), thermal expansion instrument ( DIL ) and friction and wear tester on the coating surface morphology, composition, structure, thermal expansion coefficient and wear resistance of. Research results show that the hardness of the coating, the Ni-Mo528.48HV maximum, deposition rate was0.23mg/min •cm2. When in bath by adding Nd and Ce when the hardness of the coating are improved to different degrees. When pH was 5.3, temperature was 25℃, the current density is19.5A/dm3, pulse frequency is 5000Hz, the ratio is1/2, the speed is 200r/min, the reaction time is 20min, the Ni-Mo-Nd coating and its maximum hardness of Ni-Mo-Ce coating, respectively 556.224HV and701.375HV, Ni-Mo-Nd and Ni-Mo-Ce coating coating grain finer, more surface formation of dense, coating of molybdenum content higher, crystalline structure is more complete, the high temperature resistant and wear resistant performance. The current pulse plating Ni-Mo-Nd coating and Ni-Mo-Ce alloy research are reported.
