摘要:通过包络法制备晚香玉香精-一氯三嗪-β-环糊精纳米香精胶囊,并在不使用交联剂的条件下,将其用于棉织物的加香整理。研究了乙醇和水体积之比、香精与壁材之比、反应时间、搅拌速度和反应温度对纳米香精胶囊粒径大小和粒度分布的影响。 采用扫描电镜( SEM )、透射电镜( TEM )、红外光谱仪( IR)、热重分析仪( TGA) 、气味指纹分析仪和感官评定对纳米香精胶囊和加香棉织物的结构及性能进行了表征。结果表明: v(乙醇):v(水) = 1:0.7,m(香精):m(壁材) = 1:15,反应时间10h,搅拌速度1300rpm,温度为35℃的条件下制备的晚香玉香精-一氯三嗪-β-环糊精纳米香精胶囊粒径为216.4nm,粒径分布系数(PDI)为0.221,香精装载量达17.2%,能减缓高温下香精的释放速率。16273

Study of  Preparation of Fragrance Loaded Monochlorotriazinyl-β-Cyclodextrin Nano Capsule and Mechanism of Interaction between Cotton Fabric and the Nano Capsule
 Abstract: Tuberose fragrance loaded monochlorotriazinyl-β-cyclodextrin(MCT-β-CD) nanoparticles were prepared by the Inclusion Complexation Method and were permanent fixation to cotton fabric without a crosslinker. All parameters controlling the particle size and PDI were studied. The tuberose fragrance loaded monochlorotriazinyl-β-cyclodextrin nanoparticles and cotton fabric flavoured were characterized by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), Transmission electron microscope ( TEM ), Infrared Spectrometer ( IR ), Thermogravimetric Analyzer ( TGA ), Electronic Nose Fingerprint Analyzer and Sensory Evaluation. Results showed that the particle size was 216.4 nm, the Polydispersity Index(PDI) was 0.221 and the fragrance loading capacity was 17.2% when v(CH3CH2OH): v(H2O) = 1:0.7, m(fragrance): m(Wall Materials) = 1:15, reaction time was 10h, rotational speed was 1300rpm and reaction temperature was 35℃.The release rate of tuberose fragrance loaded by monochlorotriazinyl-β-cyclodextrin nanoparticles was decreased under the high temperature. 源自六;维,论/文.网*加7位QQ324`9114 www.lwfree.cn
