氧化铒选择性辐射器光谱辐射特性研究

摘要 辐射器是热光伏系统(TPV)的主要部件之一,它的功能是能够产生与光伏电池匹配的热辐射能。随着TPV系统对效率要求的提高,辐射器的辐射特性研究逐渐成为研究的热点。本文通过理论分析和实验研究的方法研究了块状氧化铒选择性辐射器的光谱辐射特性。 首先,根据热辐射传输方程,分析了热辐射在样品内的传输过程,并建立了样品辐射强度关联式。联立导热与辐射耦合的能量守恒方程,求解出样品温度分布和辐射强度分布,并由此得到理论的光谱发射率值。 其次,采用机械球磨、干压成型和高温烧结的工艺流程,制备了不同原料配比和成型压力的块材氧化铒选择性辐射器,研究了高温烧结中升温程序对辐射器制备的影响,并优化了制备工艺。 最后,基于能量法,采用傅里叶红外光谱仪,在高温下对样品进行光谱发射率测量。结果表明,氧化铒辐射器具有明显的锐带发射特点。铒含量增加,一定程度上能增强辐射器的光谱发射率与辐射器效率,40%铒含量的辐射器在1141K温度下最高光谱发射率可达0.5以上;温度增加,能增强辐射器的光谱辐射功率,并极大地提高了辐射器的效率,30%铒含量的辐射器在1600K温度下效率可达16.6%。30944

Title Study on The Spectral Emission Properties of Erbium oxide-based  Selective  Emitters
Abstract Emitter is one of the important components of Thermophotovoltaic(TPV) energy conversion system,and  it  produces  thermal energy  which matches  the photovoltaic cells. With the improvement of the TPV system’s efficiency, the study on emission properties is gradually becoming a hot spot. This paper described the spectral emission properties of bulk erbium oxide-based selective emitters in terms of theoretical analysis and experiment researching. Firstly, based on the heat radiative transfer equation, the process of the heat radiance transfer in the sample was analyzed and the relational of the radiative intensity  was established.  The temperature and  intensity  distribution  was solved at the methods of simultaneous coupled conduction and radiation energy conservation equation. Then, theoretical spectral emissivity was calculated. Secondly,  the  bulk erbium oxide-based selective emitters of  different  weight ratio and pressure was  prepared with the process of ball mill mixing, dry pressing, and high  sintering. Then,  the  influence  of temperature program  in the process of high sintering to the sample was researched and preparation process was optimized.  Lastly, based on the energy method,  the spectral  emissivity  of the sample in high temperature  was measured  in terms of Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscope(FTIR). The results showed that the sample has characteristics of a sharp band emission. The spectral emissivity and the efficiency of the emitter was  enhanced  with  the rising of the  erbium content  at a certain extent, the maximum Mean spectral emissivity of the emitter with the erbium content 40% could be up to 0.5 at the temperature of 1141K.Besides,  with the increase of temperature, the spectral radiative power would be strengthened. The efficiency of emitter would also be improved greatly, which could reach 16.6% at the temperature of 1600K with 30% erbium content.
