200 t/h燃煤锅炉烟气的除尘系统设计摘要：课题中锅炉蒸发量是给定的-200t/h,主要用来选择合适的锅炉的类型及参数；再依据锅炉和燃烧煤的已知参数（选煤各成分含量，锅炉热效率，国家火力发电厂锅炉烟气的排放标准值--30mg/m3等）逐步推算出烟气量和除尘效率等。通过比较选择除尘器的类型，确定电除尘器各部分尺寸；计算引风机的风压以及计算引风机的风量，通常情况下用来选择风机型号；烟囱相关尺寸由设计计算给出。由计算出的尺寸画出主要部件图。32509

The Design of Flue Gas Dust-removal System for
Abstract: Boiler type was selected on the basis of the given evaporation boiler--200t/h.; The type of the coal was chosen.Then the amount of flue gas and dust removal efficiency were calculated according to the parameters of boiler and coal （calorific value, element content and ash of the coal,the thermal efficiency of the boiler, and emission standard of boiler flue gas--30mg/m3). Electrostatic precipitator is chosen as the type of dust collector and the size of the electrostatic precipitator is designed. ; Calculation of induced draft fan pressure and air flow, is used to select fan model; chimney sizing is given by the relevant design. The calculated size shown the main components.
