聚酯类防晒剂微胶囊的制备及其在化妆品中的运用

摘要:本文以甲基丙烯酸甲酯为壁材,水杨酸乙基己酯为芯材,在不同条件下对芯壁比、乳化剂的量、均质速度进行单因素试验,找到较佳制备条件,用动态光散射激光粒度仪、紫外分光光度计、SPF防晒指数测试仪、透射电镜(TEM)进行表征。其结果表明芯壁比1:1,乳化剂的量为18g,均质速度为19000rmp的制备条件得到的粒子具有良好的相关性质,其粒径为188.9nm,TEM观察形貌成球形,包埋率为12.69%,包封率为25.39%,SPF平均值为12.23,防晒性能提升了84.7%。以上结果表明,此化学防晒剂包裹以后减少了防晒剂与皮肤的直接接触,对防晒效果起到协同增效的作用。33068

Preparation of polyester-based sunscreen microcapsules and use in cosmetics
Abstract: This article describes a detailed study on the preparation of particles which use methyl methacrylate as wall material, and salicylate ethyl ester as core material. The aim of this study is to figure out a superior condition of the preparation. In order to inference the most idoneity condition, univariate tests are taken, which test core wall ratio, mass of emulsifier and homogeneous speed under a variety of conditions. During this process, the dynamic light scatering (DLS), UV spectrophotometer, SPF sun protection index tester and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) are used to reflect the performances. Result of the tests show that the particles prepared under homogeneous speed at 19000rmp, emulsifier equals 18g, core wall ratio as 1:1 have highly related parties. Under this condition, the diameter of a single particle is 188.9nm, in addition, it appears to be spherical when it is observed from a TEM. Simultaneously, this particle's embedding rate is 12.69%, and the encapsulate efficiency is 25.39%, further more, the SPF average value is 12.23 and the performance of sunproof increases by 84.7%. In accordance of above experimental data, I thus conclude that encapsulating the sunscreen agent particles can reduce the irritation by reducing the sunscreener direct contact with skin, there fore, it has a synergistic effect on the sunscreen effect.
