摘要有机过氧化物广泛应用在有机合成领域,是一类重要的化工原料。由于其化学性质不稳定,易分解放出大量热量,在生产和运输过程中易发生事故,造成严重的经济和财产损失,所以研究其热危险性就显得尤为重要。33995
过氧化二叔丁基(DTBP)是一种具有代表性的有机过氧化物,本课题主要探究不同浓度DTBP的甲苯溶液热稳定性。主要通过绝热加速量热仪(ARC)和差示扫描量热仪(DSC)对浓度分别为10%,20%,30%的过氧化二叔丁基-甲苯溶液的分解过程进行测试分析。结果表明,DSC测得反应热从10%到30%依次为138.7J/g、267.8J/g、379.5J/g,活化能为148kJ/mol、143kJ/mol、134kJ/mol;ARC测得反应热从10%到30%依次为86.27J/g、215.10J/g、326.56J/g,到达最大温升速率的时间为24h对应的起始分解温度(TD24)依次为106.55℃、98.57、96.37℃。显然,DTBP甲苯溶液的热危险性随着浓度增加而增大。

Title  Thermal hazard analysis of DTBP with different concentrations
Abstract
Organic peroxides are widely used in the field of organic synthesis,and it is a kind of important chemical raw materials. However, it is unstable, and is easy to decompose & release a lot of heat. Therefore this kind of material is easy to cause accident during production and transportation, and result in great loss of economy and property.  Obviously, the study of the thermal risk seems particularly important.

Di tert butyl peroxide (DTBP) is a representative of organic peroxide, the thermal stabilities of DTBP in toluene with the concentrations of 10%, 20%, 30% were explored by adiabatic accelerating calorimetry (ARC) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The DSC results showed the decomposition heat of DTBP with the concentration of 10%, 20% and 30% were 138.7J/g, 267.8J/g and 379.5J/g respectively, and the corresponding activation energy were 148kJ/mol, 143kJ/mol, 134kJ/mol. And the ARC results indicated that, the decomposition heat for these samples were 86.27J/g, 215.10J/g, 326.56J/g respectively, and the initial temperature at which the time to the maximum temperature rise rate is 24 h (TD24) were 106.55℃, 98.57℃ and 96.37℃ for the concentration of 10%, 20% and 30% respectively. Obviously, the thermal hazard of DTBP solution increases with the increase of concentration.
