摘要:脒类化合物一般可用作消炎药、抗菌素、泌尿以及心血管疾病用药,另外的一些种类的脒类化合物则具有较好的抗癌活性。
本文以对叔丁基苯酚与对氯硝基苯为原料与碳酸钾反应,生成对叔丁基苯氧基硝基苯,以铁粉为还原剂生成对叔丁基苯氧基苯胺,再加甲酸生成甲酰胺。以甲苯,三乙胺为溶剂,三氯氧磷为脱水剂生成异腈,再与不同类型仲胺反应生成相应对叔丁基苯氧基苯脒类化合物。并用核磁谱图对产物结构进行了表征。34447
以对叔丁基苯氧基苯甲酰胺与二丁胺为原料,反应生成N,N-二丁基对叔丁基苯氧基苯甲脒,最佳的反应条件为:n(对叔丁基苯氧基苯甲酰胺): n(二丁胺): n(氧化亚铜): =1:2:0.2,反应时间为4小时,反应温度为110℃。此合成工艺比较稳定,反应条件温和,同时对环境友好。不同胺的反应活性为:二乙胺大于二丁胺大于吲哚和二异丙胺。

Effects of different amines on the synthesis of tert butyl methoxy phenyl amidine compound reaction activity
Abstract:Amidine compounds commonly used as anti-inflammatory drugs, antibiotics, urinary tract andcardiovascular drugs, some other types of amidine compounds have good anticancer activity. Used as pesticide, broad-spectrum, low toxicity, high activity of advantage.
The to tert butyl phenol and nitrobenzene chloride as raw materials and potassium carbonate reaction, generating of tert butyl benzene oxygen radical nitrobenzene, using iron powder as the reducing agent to generate the tert butyl methoxy aniline and formic acid formamide generation. In toluene, triethylamine as solvent, phosphorus oxychloride as dehydrating agent generation isocyanide, again with different types of reactions with secondary amines generated corresponding to the tert butyl methoxy phenyl amidine compounds.
