摘要:随着现代工业的快速发展和人口的迅速增长,化学物质在日常的生产生活中大量使用,有机物质、难降解物质和有毒有害物质成分也日益增多。化工废水中的污染物种类多、成份复杂、BOD和COD浓度高、可生化性低、毒害性大,对环境的危害也越来越大。本文主要通过对化工废水中的污染物去除进行研究,分析水样中污染物的含量、来源、危害并尝试使用厌氧活性污泥法以及化学催化法对化工废水进行水质处理,根据处理的效果进行分析进而为实际的特定污染物处理实践提供技术和方法参考。UASB实验结果表明该类化工废水中有机物质对波长为254nm的紫外光吸收能力较强,同时在间断式进水时,水力停留时间6h内COD去除率较高,;连续式进水时出水COD处于上下浮动状态。化学催化氧化法实验结果表明在pH为4,适量的催化剂A的条件下,双氧水对该类化工废水处理效果为显著。38145

The Technology of Wastewater Treatment in Chemical industry
Abstract:With the rapid growth of the modern industry and population, chemicals were used in daily production and life widely, and the composition of organic matter ,refractory materials and hazardous substances are increasing, so that chemical wastewater does more and more harm to the environment. This paper mainly studies the removal of chemical pollutants in wastewater, analyzing the content, source and harm of pollutants in chemical wastewater and trying to deal with the chemical wastewater in using anaerobic activated sludge and chemical catalytic oxidation, then providing techniques and methods by analyzing the effect of treatment with reference to its actual practice specific pollutant treatment. The UASB experimental results show that the organic matter in this chemical wastewater absorbs UV254nm strongly, and when wastewater is intermittent, the removal of COD is higher in 6 hours of the hydraulic retention time; when wastewater is continuous, the COD is fluctuant. The chemical catalytic oxidation experimental results show that hydrogen peroxide is more effective for this type of chemical wastewater when the pH is 4 and there are some catalyst-A. 源-自*六'维:论.文]网[www.lwfree.cn
