摘要:针对某合成氨系统粗煤气中CO含量高、水碳比低的特点,进行了CO变换工艺设计与优化。为达到设定的各段变换炉出口CO体积分数的设计指标,提出了两种补水(补汽)方案,并从平衡温距、甲烷化副反应及变换炉出口CO含量方面进行了对比,最终从工艺流程及补入蒸汽量方面进行了优化,确定了一个既经济合理又能达到预期指标的工艺方案。
过查阅相关文献和资料,设计了年产6.5万吨合成氨厂合成工段的工艺流程,并借助CAD技术绘制了该工艺的管道及仪表流程图和设备布置图。最后对该工艺流程进行了物料衡算、能量衡算,并根据设计任务及操作温度、压力按相关标准对工艺管道的尺寸和材质进行了选择。39464
