摘要:随着社会的不断发展,男性幼儿教师已经作为一个职业群体,在幼儿教育中扮演着越来越重要的角色。男性幼儿教师充分发挥他们的职业优势,是幼儿健康成长的重要保证,是丰富幼儿教师队伍的必然需要,也是促进学前教育事业和谐发展的必然趋势。本研究运用了问卷调查法、访谈法对郑州男性幼儿教师的职业现状进行分析。通过当前男性幼儿教师的职业现状调查,发现存在以下问题:如工资待遇低、社会地位低下、从事幼儿教育的男教师少、社会认同度低等问题。为了能更好的解决问题,建议从男教师自身的努力、幼儿园创设良好的男性教师成长环境、国家政策的支持,来更好促进男教师发展。13887

Male Preschool Teachers' Profession Present Situation Analysis
Abstract:with the continuous development of society, the male preschool teachers have as a professional group, and plays a more and more important role in children’s education. Male preschool teachers give full play to their professional advantage, is an important guarantee of the healthy growth of young children, is the inevitable need of abundant early childhood teachers, but also to the inevitable trend of promoting the harmonious development of preschool education career. From two aspects of theory and practice discusses the suitability of men to enter kindergarten, men enter kindergarten no matter from the advantage of male personality psychological characteristics, and promote the healthy growth of young children’s are very be necessary; The reality also confirm the career prospects of the male preschool teachers, preschool of women managers, preschool teachers, children and parents are welcomed for men to enter kindergarten. Male preschool teachers in our country there are few, preschool teachers' low percentage, uneven distribution, short professional age, serious problems such as job-hopping phenomenon. By investigating the current kindergarten male teachers' professional status, and kindergarten for better keep male teachers, promote its own positions to better realize self-worth has a certain practical significance.

男性幼儿教师的职业现状分析——以郑州市为例幼儿教育的好坏不在于幼儿园场地的大小,也不在于幼儿园玩具的多少,而是取决于幼儿教师素质高低,取决于幼儿教师教育,男性幼儿教师作为幼儿教师队伍中的新生力量,不仅仅是一个理论问题,更是一个客观的现实,幼儿健康成长需要男性幼儿教师,幼儿园由于男性教师的缺乏会对幼儿的身心的负性效应已经越来越显现出来。所以我们应该重视男性幼儿教师的发展。
