This paper is mainly for rotary high-speed tunnel length design ——Open and closed blade's automatic structure design, Through to the principle of knowledge learning and the analysis of the test requirements and the structure of the demand function, this paper with computer aided design as the tool, the design and research .The design about material mechanics and theoretical mechanics of relevant knowledge, to be used to calculate and check in the design of structure design. This paper introduces the design of the first test background, secondly introduces the related experimental requirements, experiment to carry on through the required to design and choose delete preliminary design, finally draw design schemes, and check scheme, carried out after completion of computer aided CAD design.

1.1  课题研究背景与意义
2010年4月，由东海舰队数艘导弹驱逐舰、潜艇、补给舰组成的舰艇编队，从我国东海出发，远航至宫古岛东南公海海域，进行远海实兵对抗训练，逐渐实现远海训练常态态化。前不久，人民海军潜艇部队又传出喜讯：中国自主研制的某新型潜艇圆满完成极限深潜、水下高速、深海发射战雷等系列试验和训练考核，所有性能指标均达到设计和作战要求，标志着中国新型潜艇全面形成作战能力。
