## ANSYS/LS-DYNA汽车保险杠轻量化设计及耐撞性分析

Title   The Lightweight Design and Crashworthiness Analysis    Of Car Bumper
Abstract
At the request of the lightweight, It's difficult to improve the bearing capacity of the car structure crashworthiness simply by increasing the dosage of material .Both  satisfying the requirements of the lightweight design, and guaranteeing the safety performance of collision, is now a major problem .
In the face of absorbing the component failure mode and the corresponding absorption of characteristics in the main process of the collision ,in this paper the light absorbing materials and structure of the crashworthiness analysis and optimization research was carried out in this paper,and the bumper on the basis of the wavy and strengthen board was designed in order to enhance the ability of the impact energy absorption car and improved the crashworthiness of car.Car bumper finite element analysis through ANSYS/LS-DYAN software was done in this article,bumper structure was  improved by comparing with former bumper, and the shock effect of car bumper was got through the pendulum impact test. 源自六/维"论\文|网.加7位QQ3249"114 www.lwfree.cn
