## ANSYS铝合金弹壳的设计与分析

Title    Design and analysis of the aluminum cartridges
Abstract
The cartridge case endures the high load of pressure and high temperature from the powder gas when shooting.  The cartridge case is likely to crack under those two pressure.The reliability of the extraction affects the property of the weapon.This essay designs the basic structural size of the aluminum cartridges.Based on the theory of elasto-plastic mechanics、contact theory,this essay builds the model of the dynamic response of the cartridge case.This essay studies the dynamic response of the cartridge case with FEA.In the platform of Ansys this essay builds the physical model of the cartridge case and the chamber.This essay imitates the extraction process with different chamber pressure and material.At last,this essay discusses the change of the interval between the cartridge case and the chamber,the peak press and strain in the extraction progress.And gains many useful acquaintanceship and conclusion that provides references for the designing of ammunition system and firearm confriguration.
