摘要:本次毕业设计内容是接触板课程设计,此次设计要求设计接触板的模具设计,该设计工位包括冲孔,落料,翻边。冲压模具的基本组成 :上下模座,垫板,螺钉,导料板,卸料板,导柱导套,凹模,凸模等等。冲压级进模应用广泛是这次模具设计的重点。设定零件的工艺方案,比较工艺方案并确定工艺方案。计算毛坯的尺寸,计算拉深次数,设定各步半成品的尺寸并绘出工序简图。计算各个工序的工作压力,设计并绘出模具简图,选取各个合适的零件。了解落料模、拉深模、整形模、切边模和冲孔模的特点和需要注意的问题,在模具简图的基础上进行模具结构工艺性分析,进行模具结构设计并选择冲压设备。冲压制品已在工业国内,农业,国防和日常生活中的方面得到广泛应用,特别是在机械工业中尤为突出。机械产品的外壳大部分冲压制品,产品性能的提高要求高素质的冲压模具和冲压性能,成型工艺和制品设计。冲压制品的成型方法很多。其中主要是冲孔,落料,弯曲,拉伸等。而冲压模,约占成型总数的60%以上。当然如利用电气控制,可实现半自动化或自动化作业。13954

Contact PlateForming Process And Die Design
Abstract: This course design design content is contact plate design, the contact plate design requirement for partial hole cover mould design, this design workstation includes punching, blanking, Flanging. The basic composition of stamping mould: up-down mould seat, plate, screw, guide stripper plate, the stripper plate, guide pin guide set, concave die, the punch, etc. Stamping progressive die wide application is the mould design key point. Make sure the workpiece’s  craft project, compare them and make the final disicion. Calculate the size of the roughcast and select its shape. Calculate the times of the drawings , make sure the size of the semi-manufactured workpiece  of every steps, and draw the working procedure’s  sketch. Calculate the every working pressure, design and draw die’s sketch, select every appropriate parts. Comprehend every needed dies’ character and the issues that is needed to be payed more attention. On the base of the dies’ sketch ,the dies’structure is analyzed, and then go on designing their structures and selecting punch equipments. Stamping products already in industry, agriculture, national defense and domestic aspect of everyday life is widely used in mechanical industry, especially particularly. Mechanical product shell mostly stamping products, product performance enhancement request of high-quality stamping die and stamping performance, molding technology and product design. Stamping products of the shaping method many. Mainly punching, blanking, bend, stretching, etc. And progressive metal stamping forming, accounting for approximately 60% of the above. Of course, such as using electric control can be realized semi-automatic or automation homework.
