摘要交通路锥车是科技时代取代人力的一种趋势的范例,由于人工摆放回收路锥的过程充满了危险,而且效率很差,浪费人力物力。路锥车的发展必要的一点是由单向拨锥转变为双向拨锥,而双向横拨机构是交通路锥车得以完成整个工作的关键部分。它能同时双向拨锥,还能单侧拨锥,并且完成两侧的同时回收。16211
本方案中的双向横拨机构由液压缸以及液压缸驱动的回收杆、电机和电机驱动的丝杠机构、丝杠上的推杆以及各种固定安装零件构成。顾名思义,回收杆的作用是回收路锥,两侧分置了此机构,用以完成同时收锥。推杆则是通过和短丝杠的配合,在电机驱动下移动,从而完成路锥的推动。而固定件则是保证整个装配的顺利进行,还加强了各部分之间的相对稳定性,使路锥的摆放回收工作更加的安全可靠。本课题要求熟悉机械设计的流程,自学相关领域的知识,完成双向横拨机构的具体模型设计和校核,确定电机液压驱动的具体参数,然后用solidworks绘制三维工程图。
