PRO-E进行三维建模，再导入有限元分析软件Dynaform进行成形和回弹仿真分析。，对模具圆角半径，模具间隙，双层板厚比，冲压速度，压边力几个因素进行了单因素试验

Title    Finite Element Analysis and Process Analysis of Stamping and Springback of Dual-sheet Structure Metal Sheet
Abstract
This paper studies the double U-shaped high-strength aluminum plate forming and springback. First, PRO-E was used for three-dimensional modeling, and then import them to finite element analysis software Dynaform to perform forming and springback simulation analysis. Factors, such as die fillet radius, die gap, thickness ratio, punch speed, BHF ,were tested in this article. First the single factor will be tested to investigate the influence of various factors on the forming and springback and determine a reasonable range. Based on this, further orthogonal experiment was operated to analyze the interaction of various factors parts, integrated and the optimal solution.
