Title  Finite Element Analysis And Process Research For Cross Box Deep Drawing
Abstract
This article selects the simple asymmetric, cross box, to explore the best parameter combination of its processing technology and to study more complicated asymmetric rectangular pyramid box based on the cross box.
Cross box is developed on the basis of common box. Therefore, the deep drawing properties of cross box is based on the relevant drawing characteristics of common box combined with its geometrical features.
The simulation software Dynaform is used in all kinds of tests of Cross box. Firstly SolidWorks is used to draw the die’s CAD model of cross box. Then the model is used in the simulation software to set parameters. Finally, the simulation results are read from the Dynaform’s post-processing module to analyses the test and draw the conclusion.

To explore the optimal parameter combination of cross box’s deep drawing   process, the single factor experiments are done according to the parameter’s influence in the forming of cross box. Next, orthogonal experiment is carried out under chosen appropriate parameters, and the optimal parameter combination is found out based on the test results.
