Title  Pneumatic test frame structure design and analysis
Abstract
In this paper, we study the structure of automobile chassis and the workings of a pneumatic components，with the two organically combined，we complete the work of pneumatic test frame body structure design.Combining with basic knowledge of mechanical of what I have learned and the existing outstanding design,we use 3D design software Solidworks completing the design of frame structure,the overall layout should be compact and reasonable as far as possible.After completion of the preliminary design,we carried out the modeling and structure strength analysis on the frame body. We use ANSYS to establish the finite element to the frame body,in order to test strength and stress to make sure those goals are met.What’s more,we  simulate the axial bending and torsion by Solidworks Simulation in order to find if there is a deformation problem detection.For what is not reasonable in the design,I look for ways to improve it actively.Finally,we complete the design work of aerodynamic frame body.  源￥自%六^^维*论-文+网=www.lwfree.cn

1  引言
1.1  课题研究背景
