## ABAQUS时速200km动车转向架轮对结构设计和强度分析

Structure Design and Finite Element Analysis of 200Km/h Bogie Wheelsets
Abstract：In view of existing states of the increasing of train speed, in this article, though the technical conditions of the wheelsets, using finite element software ABAQUS to analyze the structural strength. Firstly, the structure design of the bogie of the 200Km/h motor vehicle bogie is realized by using the 3D software UG. Then the research on the three kinds of force under the condition of stress with the wheel runs in straight, bend, fork. Finally, the finite element modeling of the wheel is carried out, and research the stress of the wheesets. Through this research, we can train under different working conditions force on the wheel for situation to provide a theoretical basis, but also to be able to provide data on structural design and strength analysis of a reference.
