Reducer design of Variable Angle mechanism of Oblique lift
[Abstract] The subject requirements to design a worm and worm wheel lifter according to the condition of oblique lift. Worm drive is a kind of widely used and typical transmission mechanism. According to the load requirements of ramp elevator, calculate the bearing capacity of the screw rod, then in accordance with the requirements of wire rod length to calculate the diameter of wire rod. The screw diameter selection of the worm, and calculate the transmission ratio of the corresponding data. According to the parameters to calculate the rising speed of pitch and the nominal diameter of the screw rod etc.. Finally, the selection and verification of materials, the mechanism can work normally. After the completion of the design using proe parametric modeling, can facilitate parameter modification, in order to meet the needs of various parameters after using CAD, the formation of assembly and parts drawing, complete summary.
