Title      The design of helicopter gunships warhead
Abstract
In this paper, the 125mm grenade of anti helicopter is studied and the prefabricated fragment is designed.
First of all, the internal structure of grenade is designed, including grenade material selection, prefabricated fragment size, shape and arrangement. In the grenade, 4 dangerous cross sections are selected, and the axial, tangential and radial stresses of different sections are calculated. Confirmed by the fourth strength theory, the results show that the structure can meet the projectile intensity. Finally, the theoretical analysis of the prefabricated fragments initial velocity and scattering angle have been given and  the flight distance that  meets  fragment killing standard have been calculated.
