Progressive die of automotive electronic terminal design based on NX
Abstract: Progressive die with high efficiency, short cycle, safe and reliable, low operation difficulty, suitable for mass production attract more and more mold maker. Along with the rapid development of science and technology, CAD/CAE/CAM is in domestic widely promotion, the improvement of technology promotes the optimization of the mould structure, forming a series of standardization, digital and series of mould manufacturing technology. The design of progressive die about automobile electronic terminal parts has been completed based on progressive die wizard module in NX . CAD/CAE/CAM computer aided technologies improve the efficiency of the mold design,and reduce the design work of repetition. The process of the design includes the analysis of parts forming technology , the determination of process scheme, calculation of the main process parameters ,the final determination of layout design, the burst pressure calculation and the selection of punch press, finally ,completing the die parts design and final assembly design of non-standard parts.
