Abstract
The linear motion guide is a precision function part, which has fine movement precision，low abrasion，a long service life, high speed and other characters . Widely used in CNC machine, medical machinery etc. But the gap of the same products at home and abroad in terms of quality, accuracy and life etc. are so large .The structure always refer to foreign products. So it is necessary to research the LMG, so that can improve the performance.

This paper focuses on setting up finite element model and does analysis for what influences static rigidity of LMG, then， draw a conclusion on improving for it.
Summarize the structure, measure and control software and measuring method of the SCS3009 LMG’s test-bed for static rigidity. And do an experiment on DA30CL LMG 、LGR45AN to verify the accuracy of the finite element model.
