Solid Works、Gambit和Fluent软件进行建模和数值模拟，在设定的条件下得出所研究模型的温度分布。发现管束的温度从热流体入口到出口温度由高到低以相应梯度分布

Title    Tube Heat Exchanger Performance Evaluation and Analysis
Abstract
Through the formers’ theoretical and practical study towards tube heat exchanger，the author completed the research on the numerical simulation and experimental analysis.The author finished modeling and numerical simulation with Solid Works、Gambit and Fluent，then the author obtained the temperature distribution under given conditions.We found bundles of temperature descends from the hot fluid inlet to the outlet corresponding gradient profile.With a tube heat exchanger of a ccomprehensive heat exchanger test-bed，the author finishied the experiment and obtained dozens of sets of data results.After calculation and analysis，the author import them to Origin plotted to show results.We found that the heat transfer coefficient increases with the flow,for hot and cold fluid this law applies.During the experiment,the author concluded that in the temperature range of 30-40 degrees celsius and both hot and cold fluid flow 80L / h,the heat exchanger works best. 源`自*六)维[论*文'网www.lwfree.cn
