摘要目前,机械生产中最常见的通用标准部件便是滚动轴承。尤其在回转性机械零件设备中,滚动轴承扮演着重要的作用。深沟球轴承作为最为普通的一种滚动轴承类型,对其装配游隙的控制具有重要意义,这就要求对轴承外圈沟道直径进行高精度、高效率的测量。37718
本文在介绍当前深沟球轴承外沟道直径测量常用的方法的基础上,分析了深沟球轴承在线自动化检测系统的功能需求,提出了一套以直线导轨和基本机械结构作为自动测量系统的骨架,气动机械结构作为自动测量系统的心脏,传感器作为自动测量系统的五官,可编程控制器和工控机作为自动测量系统的大脑的高性价比的自动化滚动轴承外沟道直径测量系统。
本文首先介绍了全自动外圈沟道直径测量系统的机械结构设计,主要包括上料机构、推入/推出机构、升降机构及测量机构等。根据外圈沟道直径检测的要求,本文完成了测控系统硬件的设计和选择,介绍了软件部分的流程。测控系统主要包括测量系统动作控制、沟道直径检测和PLC与工控机的I/O接口三部分。
本文设计的外圈沟道直径检测装置可以实现外圈的自动上料、沟底的自动确定、直径量的自动获取及分析等功能。

Abstract
Currently, the most common machinery components is the common standard bearing. In particular, the rotary mechanical spare parts and equipment, the bearing plays an important role. Deep groove ball bearings as the most common type of a rolling bearing, is important for its assembly clearance control, which requires high-precision bearing outer channel diameter, high-efficiency measurements.

This paper describes the current deep groove ball bearings common method of measuring channel diameter on the basis of analysis of the functional requirements of deep groove ball bearing-line automated inspection system, we proposed a set of linear guides and basic mechanical structure as an automatic measuring system skeleton, pneumatic mechanical structure as an automatic measuring heart of the system, the sensor features as an automatic measurement system, programmable controllers and IPC as an automatic measuring system of the brain and cost-effective automation of rolling bearing outer channel diameter measurement system.
This paper describes the mechanical design of automatic measurement system outer diameter of the channels, including the feeding mechanism, push-in/push-out mechanism, lifting mechanism and measurement organizations. According to the outer diameter of the channels testing requirements, this paper completed the measurement and control system hardware design and selection, introduced the software part of the process. Control system consists of I/O interfaces three-part measuring system operation control, the channel diameter detection and PLC.
The outer diameter of the channel detection apparatus designed in this paper can achieve automatic feeding of the outer ring, automatically determines the ditch, automatic acquisition and analysis functions such as diameter amount.
