## Pro/E摇臂式液压清仓机的三维建模与有限元分析

[摘要]:煤仓堵塞问题，一直存在于煤矿的生产和运输的过程中。而堵塞后的清仓方法与设备不够完善也一直是煤仓堵塞问题无法根治的原因。为此在清仓机的基础上进行了摇臂式清仓机的创新设计并针对这些问题，进行三维设计与有限元分析，改进了摇臂式清仓机的工作结构，并经过有限元软件对其摇臂机构实体模型进行了静力学和模态分析。本文利用三维设计软件Pro/E5.0对摇臂式清仓机进行三维建模，通过Pro/E的建模得到和实体相同的模型，构造一目了然。建模完成后利用 ANSYS对摇臂式清仓机进行有限元的分析，摇臂机构的强度和刚度均满足实际工况都符合实际应用的要求，通过分析也得出不会发生共振现象。39789

ABSTRACT Coal bunker blockage problem, has been in the process of coal production and transportation. And jam after liquidation method and the imperfection of the equipment has been the cause of the coal bunker blockage problem cannot effect a radical cure. In clearance for this machine on the basis of the swing arm clearance machine innovation design and aiming at these problems, 3 d design and finite element analysis, improved the work of rocker arm type clearance machine structure, and through the finite element software on the rocker mechanism entity model for the statics and modal analysis. This paper, by using 3 d design software Pro/E5.0 rocker arm type clearance machine for 3 d modeling, through the Pro/E modeling and entity of the same model, the structural be clear at a glance.
