Forming process and progressive die design of automobile seat adjustment bracket based on NX
Abstract: This paper introduces the design content of the automobile seat adjustment bracket. The auto adjustment of the seat support structure characteristics, material selection principle, process flow, production presses, check calculation and production of progressive die design, the content is also in detail introduced in this paper. I mainly from the progressive die of the relevant working principle, parts of the design and selection, progressive die design, and so on, this graduation design to do a detailed introduction. In the design of the project, from the processing requirements and economic point of view, the three programs are analyzed and compared, and ultimately determine the optimal processing program.
