摘要反应釜是制造高分子化合物质的主要设备。由筒体部分、筒盖部分、搅拌器部分、电加热油夹管部分、支承及传动装置以及轴封装置和溢油槽等组成的,并且配合有电加热棒和测温、测压表等。反应釜一般都是立式圆柱形高压釜,带有夹套,以便通入蒸汽或冷水来加热或冷却。用于乳液聚合的,内有不锈钢的水平桨式搅拌器,由电动机通过传动装置和减速器传动。釜的外壁常用碳钢制成,内衬不锈钢,也有衬搪瓷的。聚合时可够单釜间歇生产,也可够是多釜串联连续生产。聚合反应物由一个釜的下部进入下一釜的上部。釜上装有温度、压力等仪表,以及进出料口等。41381

Preshrinking kettle design and finite element analysis
Polymerization kettle is high molecular compound qualitative main manufacturing equipment. Kettle of the outer wall of common carbon steel lined with stainless steel, also has a line of enamel. Polymerization kettle is enough single batch production, also can is more than enough kettle series continuous production. The lower part of the aggregation of reactants by a kettle into the next upper part of the kettle. Mounted on the kettle instrument, such as temperature, pressure, and in and out of the mouth.
