金银花有效成分的提取及其抗菌功效评价

摘要:金银花自古以来就以它的药用价值广泛而著名,其功效主要是清热解毒。本文以金银花为原料,采用超声波提取技术,对金银花有效成分进行提取。通过单因素实验探索金银花有效成分的最佳提取工艺,并考察该有效成分的抑菌效果。结果表明:1)将金银花烘干后粉碎,过80目筛,其有效成分的最佳提取工艺为,以75%乙醇水溶液为提取溶剂,提取温度为55℃,按照金银花提取物:乙醇水溶液1:20的料液比进行提取,提取时间为25分钟。2)将金银花提取物进行抑菌试验,说明金银花提取物对大肠杆菌有一定的抑制效果,对大肠杆菌的最低抑菌浓度为3%。3)将金银花提取物加入乳液中,乳液体系未发生改变,说明金银花提取物与乳液中其他化妆品成分配伍性良好。37764
