Abstract：The least square method is form the angle of error fitting regression model parameter estimation or system identification, the parameter estimation ,system identification ,product forecast,traffic measurement,physical experiment,obtained the widespread application in many domains such as prediction In this paper, based on the least square method in practical application as the research object, the least square method for the multivariate linear regression model and fitting of linear regression equation, fit linear trend equation, it will be a lot of seems to be data obtained from the experiment in order to find out some rules, fitted to a regression equation to response to the relationship between the data and the general trend. The least square method using to enterprises of agricultural products production and sales for the economy ,research and forecast the future production, provide a strong scientific basis to obtain economic benefits. Reveals the existing situation and development course of development and changes in the future in the problem by using the forecast results, to make decisions, plan, improve product yield and obtain better economic benefits.

随着全球化的不断发展，经济也呈现出一种飞速发展的状态。但如果经济发展的不合理随之也会给我们的生活带来严重的后果,因此经济预测成为商品经济发展中的必然产物,预测可以让人们在未来经济上可能出现的问题有所准备从而采取适当的方法来减小损失或增加效益。本文选取经济预测中的一种方法最小二乘法的基本原理及应用,并利用多元线性回归模型、拟合直线回归方程、拟合直线趋势方程估计产品生产量和经济利润率。最后给出使用最小二乘法进行经济预测的真实例子，得出对产品产物生产的预测从而让各方面对产品产物的产量有个初步大概的认识和了解。 最小二乘法在实际中的应用:http://www.lwfree.cn/shuxue/20190414/32057.html
