This paper introduces the basic theoretical knowledge of all kinds of coordinates, the conversion relationship between including ellipsoid concept, basic concept, establishing the coordinate system the basic principle and several common coordinate system and coordinate conversion process and program design, the main or the earth coordinate system and spatial straight angle coordinate system and geodetic coordinate system and Gauss plane coordinate system conversion, first of all in theory according to the conversion model of conversion of program design, through continuous debugging finally completed conversion of programming. The aim is to convert them to the national unified coordinate system, and to facilitate the application of real life..
In this paper, it chose to a common software VB language to write a program, design a simple and clear interface, so as to realize the conversion between the coordinate system.
