## Matlab基于小波变换的脑功能连接的相干性分析

Abstract
With the development of the computer, people in the field of brain signals have introduced many new ideas and methods of analysis, such as the higher order spectral analysis, wavelet analysis, artificial neural network, and conduct some active exploration and researches. This subject is designed do the analysis of magnetoencephalography signals in time-frequency domain using wavelet coherence characterization of brain functional connectivity network characteristics.For this issue, in order to evaluate the usefulness of this method, differences are achieved through comparison among network connections of the epileptic and healthy men based on their data of MEG. This topic coherence analysis of magnetoe- ncephalography data using Matlab, and calculate the coherence coefficient between the two signals at different frequencies. The research result has some reference values to localize focal epileptic foci for the epileptic.
