摘要视频图像增强是目前图像处理研究领域的热点之一,采用超分辨率重建技术对图像进行增强也是较为流行的一种方法。图像超分辨率重建主要是指从多幅低分辨率图像中重建出高分辨率图像,满足实际生活中的一些需要。提高空间分辨率该技术不但可以降低图像获取装置的成本,也可以有效的对场景中所待检测的物体进行图像处理,提高图像的分辨率,消除由光学系统成像时所带来的模糊和噪声。同时,超分辨率重建技术也在公共安全、遥感侦测、文物保护、医学成像等各个领域有着普遍的应用。 
视频超分辨率增强的目的在于从时间上弥补视频采样设备采样帧率的不足,描述高速运动变化对象的细节信息;在空间上复原视频图像截止频率之外的信息,以使图像获得更多的细节。
本文用MATLAB程序来实现双线性插值放大图像,并提出一种DCT 域基于参考帧高分辨率图像的视频序列超分辨率复原算法。该算法在基于学习的超分辨率复原框架下,以同一场景的高分辨率图像为例子图像,通过DCT 域块匹配运算,搜索匹配图像块的高频信息用于复原图像块,收到了较好的效果。本文又要通过实验至少一种视频超分辨率算法并比较他和普通的图像空间分辨率增强方法(图像放大)之间的差异.14142

Video image enhancement and image processing is one of hot research areas, using super resolution reconstruction technique of image enhancement is a very popular method. Super resolution image reconstruction is the main means from multiple low-resolution images to reconstruct high resolution image, meet the real life needs of some. Improving the spatial resolution of the technique can not only reduce the cost of the image acquisition device, can also be effective in a scene to be detected object in image processing, improve the image resolution, elimination from the imaging optical system caused by fuzzy and noise. Video super resolution enhancement to from time to time, make up for the video sampling device sampling rate is insufficient, describing high speed movement object detail information; spatial resilience video image beyond its cut-off frequency, so that the image for more details.
This paper used MATLAB procedures to achieve the bilinear interpolation to enlarge the image, and puts forward a kind of DCT domain based on the reference frame image of high resolution video sequence super resolution algorithm. The algorithm based on learning based super resolution restoration framework, to the same scene of high resolution image for example image, through the DCT domain block matching, matching the high frequency information of the image block for restoration of image block, has received the good effect. In this paper, and through the experiment of at least one video super resolution algorithm and compare him and ordinary image spatial resolution enhancement method ( image magnification ) differences.
