## 球径仪系统标定技术研究+文献综述

Title      Research on calibration of spherometer system
Abstract
The radius of curvature of the spherical surface is one of the main parameters determining the optical properties of the lens, spherometer and talysurf are instruments to measure the radius of curvature. Among them, spherometer is less precise than talysurf. All the research work of this topic is aim to understand the principle and way of using the spherometer  measuring the radius of curvature, and compare the measurements between them,also, validateworking condition and precision verification of the spherometer . This paper introduces the principle and procedure of structure, measurement of curvature radius of annular spherometer, and, process and summary of using the instrument to do repeated measurements of the models’radius of curvature. In addition, I also use MFC to write a desktop window program which can output curvature radius, and complete a teaching video of the use validate  spherometer.
