Title   The numerical simulation of the containment of a
casing with lining composite material containment ring
Abstract
The main purpose of this article is to conduct numerical simulation of the   containment problem of a casing with two-layer structure, whose outer layer is titanium alloy and inner layer is a KEVLAR composite material containment ring. It researches on the inclusiveness of this type of two-layer-structured casing. The key point is to research the influence of composite material on the inclusiveness of a casing and compare the containment of this type of casing with that of a two-layer metal casing. Then, list the advantages and disadvantages of the design. Due to the specificity of composites material (coming from its orthotropic), this paper refers to predecessors 'experiment of casing containment and material parameter testing. It chooses a suitable casing, a constitutive model of a blade and failure criterion to build up a suitable finite element model and confirm the rightness of simulated data. This paper will provide a solid basis for the inclusiveness design of two-layer-structured casing, and of course is beneficial to the design of engineering production. 源`自*六)维[论*文'网www.lwfree.cn
