## 法布里-珀罗干涉仪实验原理及其干涉条纹图像处理技术研究

Title  Principle of Fabry-Perot interferometer experiment and interference fringe image processing technology research.
Abstract
Fabry-Perot interferometer is an experiment of Photoelectric Information Engineering Undergraduate Courses —"optics basis experimentⅡ" . This experiment requires students to master the theory of multi beam interference and characteristics fringes, learn to adjust and use the Fabri Perot interferometer, measure two spectral line interference fringes of sodium light, compute the distance between two tablet.

The subject do some improvements and innovations to the existing Fabry-Perot interferometer experiment. We use the digital CCD camera to replace the visual part of the interferometer, the interference fringes of real-time video transmission to a computer through the CCD. Adjust the interferometer according to the observation of interference fringe image on the display. The real-time performance of image display can help students grasp the current situation and progress of regulation, at the same time through the interference fringe image display amplification is more easily to be observed. After collecting the interference fringe image, use digital image processing techniques, including linear contrast stretch, image filtering, two valued, opening and closing operations on the fringe center line extraction, accurate fitting the fringe curve, automatically calculate the measurement data of the experimental requirements.
