摘要在工程系统中,热辐射是能量传递的主要模式,研究粉体材料的辐射特性具有重要意义。本文在充分调研文献资料的基础上,介绍了国内外最新进展,研究了粉体样品的制备方法,讨论了粉体材料辐射特性参数测量方法,列举了粉末层辐射特性求解模型,重点研究三热流理论下RTF方程的求解。本文设计加工了样品支架,采用合适的支撑层,完成了粉体样品的制备,并构造了粉末层透射率和发射率的计算模型,然后通过积分球测量辐射特性参数,最后根据三热流理论模型编程求解RTF方程。结果显示:氧化铝粉末的反照比随波长的增加呈下降趋势,有效消光系数随波长的增长先上升后下降,但下降较平缓。吸收散射比随波长的增长先上升后下降,随着粉末层厚度的增加,氧化铝粉末的透射率逐渐变小,随着粉末层厚度的增加,氧化铝粉末的反照比、有效消光系数减小,吸收散射比增大。27224

Abstract
In the engineering system, thermal radiation is the main mode of energy transfer, and it is of great significance to study the radiation characteristics of powder materials. This paper is based on the full investigation of the literature, introduces the at home and abroad the latest developments, the powder sample preparation method, powder body material radiation characteristic parameter measurement method are discussed, lists the powder layer radiation characteristics calculation model, focuses on three flux theory RTF equation solving. In this paper, the design of processing the sample holder, layer using a suitable support, completed the preparation of powder samples, and by integrating sphere radiation characteristic measuring parameters, and then according to the three heat flow theory to solve the programming model RTF equation. The results show that the albedo of the alumina powder decreases with the increase of the wavelength, and the effective extinction coefficient increases first and then decreases with wavelength, but the decrease is more moderate.. Absorption and scattering than with the wavelength increasing first increased and then decreased, along with the increase of the powder layer thickness, the transmittance of the alumina powder gradually become smaller, albedo ratio, effective extinction coefficient, absorption and scattering ratio of the peak to the short wavelength direction mobile.

在许多工程系统中,热辐射是能量传递的主要模式,特别是高温应用条件下,比如高温工业炉保温涂层,航天器外表面高辐射率高反射率涂层,建筑外墙反射型隔热涂料等。
